The MCC is a factory manufactured structural centralizer that is bonded directly to the tubular. With layer after layer of wear-resistant zirconia, carbon fiber and Kevlar, our MCC products are fit for drilling challenges including ultra-deepwater, high pressure/high temperature and highly deviated wells.
Multi-Layer Composite Centralizers (MCC) are available in both helical and straight blade configurations. The ability to reposition and adjust blade sizes and configurations helps you pass through restrictions, keyhole through whipstock windows or simply reduce flow restrictions. MCC centralizers are 45,000+ psi pressure resistance and 150,000+ lbs. shear resistance.

Custom-made to fit the geometry of the window in the centralizer, stop collars built with Multi-Layer Composite Centralizers (MCC) technology gain the benefit of increased standoff and simple application. Easily installed on-site, MCC stops represent the perfect combination of operational flexibility and superior performance.
Multi-Layer Composite Wear Bands
Market-leading wear resistance in our MCC Wear Bands makes them an economical way to preserve the integrity of the casing, making it casing-friendly. MCC Wear Bands improve surface adhesion, and are applied directly onto the drill pipe to protect it while rotating during drilling downhole.
