Adam Anderson – Chief Executive Officer
Adam Anderson led the way in forming Innovex and serves as CEO. He also held that executive position at Team Oil Tools. Previously, Adam was with Baker Hughes from 2002 and served in senior management roles including Vice President of the Western U.S. Division, President of Latin America, Vice President of Investor Relations, Vice President of the U.S. Completions Division, and Country Manager for Saudi Arabia, among others. Adam began his career as an engineer with WellDynamics Inc., an oil and gas completions and production technology company. He holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from Duke University.
Greg Roger – Vice President, Well Construction
A veteran in the cementing accessories industry, Greg Roger is the Vice President of Well Construction for Innovex. Previously, Greg served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and Operations for Antelope after joining the company in 2013. He also worked for two years as a global demand planner for Halliburton following a nearly 20 year career at Weatherford where he held numerous roles with a primary focus on technical sales.
Mark Reddout – Vice President, Well Completions
Mark has served as the Vice President of Well Completions for Innovex since 2016 and was previously the Vice President of Operations for Team Oil Tools. Prior to joining Team, Mark spent 30 years at Baker Hughes and held multiple key positions including managing the completions business in South Texas and the Rocky Mountains. Mark is considered an industry expert in well completions and fishing operations across North America.
Bill Kelley – Senior Advisor, Well Construction
Bill Kelley has served as Senior Advisor, Well Construction for Innovex since 2016, following a successful tenure as CEO of Antelope. Previously, Bill worked for 28 years with Davis-Lynch, LLC, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of downhole cementing and casing products used in the construction of oil and gas wells. While at Davis-Lynch, Bill held numerous managerial positions including Vice President of Operations. He was instrumental in the successful marketing and sale of Davis-Lynch to Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. in 2011.
