Standard Float Equipment (API RP10F IIIC Rated)
Though we consider it “standard,” this line of float equipment is designed and tested to API-approved Category IIIC standards in a state-of-the-art flow loop facility to ensure the finest quality product. Capable of 5,000 PSI backpressure after an eight-hour, 400-degree heat soak, these float shoes and collars offer exceptional performance, day in and day out.
305 Float Shoe
The 305 Series features Innovex’s proven Flow-Guard Max™ I (FGMax™ I) plunger valve, which ensures the casing is floated to the bottom. The valve assembly is made from high temperature, high strength phenolic that allows for easy drill-out.
315 Float Shoe
The 315 Series features Innovex’s larger valve, the Float-Guard Max™ 2. The high temperature, high strength phenolic valve is anchored to the float shoe body with a high strength cement that allows for easy drill-out.
340 Float Collar
The 340 is used to bump cement wiper plugs and provide an additional barrier against U-tubing, allowing for contaminated cement to be trapped within casing. Like the 305 Series, the 340 Series is tested to API RP10F Category IIIC.
350 Float Collar
The 350 Series optimized spring force allows the dart to seat on protective retainer cup while flowing, and ensures sealing even in low pressure and horizontal well conditions.
