Compatible with all casing and liner hanger assemblies, the Innovex reamer shoe provides highly effective protection against unexpected or anticipated casing and liner running problems. It has been expertly designed to handle difficult wellbore conditions such as swelling shale, ledges and washed-out pockets of wellbore. Connections are available upon request in all types of API and Premium formats.
704 Reamer Shoe
The valveless 704 Series Reamer Shoe features spiral blades and an optimum design that protects the well from surging. The coarse carbide coated blades allow for rapid cutting and optimize the flow area.
707/717 Reamer Shoe with IIIC Valve
Furnished with the FGMax™ 1 plunger valve tested to API RP 10F Category IIIC requirements, the 707 Series guides the casing to total depth around any wellbore obstructions thanks to the eccentric nose. For larger diameter casing sizes, the 717 Series Reamer Shoe features the FGMax™ 2 for flow rates about 10 bpm. It is compatible with all casing and liner hanger assembles.
708 Reamer Shoe with HPHT Valve
The high pressure high temperature (HPHT) version of Innovex reamer shoe, the 708 Series is tested to 10,000 psi and operating temperature up to 400°F. The nose may be customized in any requested shape, including downjet, eccentric, concentric, cutlip or round.
